Tri-point outdoor seating for the University for the Creative Arts

Artform Urban Furniture have supplied Parallel 42 timber benches to The University for the Creative Arts, Epsom campus. The communal area of UCA had recently been rejuvenated, and the client had required a contemporary style of external furniture to fit in with the modern design of the building and help to offer unity to the area. 

Parallel 42 offers a simple yet stylistic choice with a straight end version and with a left or right angled end version. The options make for a more interesting design that can be positioned to make different configurations. For the University campus sets of 3 angled benches were put together to make a tri-point shape, as part of the clients design brief. The installed seating creates a social hang out spot for students to take a break outside. 

The UCA is a specialist creative arts university, that has a unique community, where like-minded people can share in the creative process and inspire one another. Collaboration is encouraged and the students benefit from exposure to a range of disciplines. The University for the Creative Arts combines industry-focused courses, state-of-the-art facilities, and inspirational expert staff.
